We Indians are most entrepreneurial people in the World. Innovation is in our blood. But the biggest challenge lies in converting it into an enterprise.

It is the dawn of the golden age of entrepreneurial in the country. From farmers to government servants to management graduates, a growing legion of aspirants is getting hooked on to the thought of bossing their own business. There are thousands of novel ideas floating about in the ether, and one might expect to see as many new businesses to start any moment. After all, money is no longer a big problem. Even a decade ago, raising funds for a new business was a frustrating uncertainty, but today, venture capitalists, bankers and angel investors are vying with each other to hunt down the next big idea. The domestic market for goods and services is growing rapidly and so are exports opportunities. All this, naturally must lead to explosion in the start-up scene across the country.

The hiccups in entrepreneurial, however, cannot be blamed on young risk-takers alone. Today’s entrepreneurial, the best and worst of them, are still the torch bearers of a new India that is awakening to the economic potential of a vast population. They are turned into the rapid changes in the world of business and technology and are quick learners. Many experts said the environment in the country, notwithstanding recent improvement in the country, notwithstanding recent improvement, is stifling. “There is a lot of entrepreneurial successes in India working very much with one hand tied behind their backs due to lack of infrastructure, sources of risk capital, and so on. It is to grow a plant when the land is fertile and fertilized, but difficult when you are planning on clay and have to contend with rocks deliberately put in your path by others, including the government and other regulations.

“For one, the country lacks a vibrant system of training and education in entrepreneurial. There is no curriculum that deals with the real problems of a start-up. There is no problem with initiative, but the problem lies with the ecosystem. The ecosystem is not in favour of start-up companies. There is no concerned effort being effort to bring together government bodies, institutions and industry organization to promote a business culture. Mentors, so crucial for an inexperienced business leader, are hard to find. Unfortunately, only a small fraction of students go for entrepreneurship. Someday, I hope the IIMs would be better know for the amount of investment the students are able to attract rather than the salaries they receive,” said Mr Anil Gupta, professor IIM-A.

Despite these hurdles, expert assert, the rise of star-up culture in the country is a robust phenomenon. “We Indians are the most entrepreneurial people in the world. Innovation is in our blood. But the biggest challenge lies in converting it into an enterprise.”

Before you approach an angel investor, you need a well-thought out idea(or)business model, some validation by potential customers or market space, an appreciation of the need for and an ability to build a team and mostly a passion to succeed.

When you are aware there is no ego.

Ego is all about the illusory identity we build about ourselves, so that we can feel secure. A child has no ego. It is free to explore. As we grow, our education and conditioning helps us build this barrier around ourselves. It is an unreal non existence barrier that separates us from our true self. It is a barrier that keeps us in bondage.

The ego is like darkness, it has no positive existence. Just like darkness is simply the absence of light, the ego is nothing but the absence of awareness. To struggle to kill the ego is like struggling to push the darkness out of the room.

To really expel the darkness what you need to do is to forget all about dealing with the darkness. Focus your energy on light instead. Just bring a small lamp into the room, and you will find that darkness has fled on its own! So, I tell you to forget all about the ego. Instead, focus on bringing a lamp of awareness into your being.

When your entire consciousness has become a flame, you will find that the ego is no MORE.

What rubbish Times of India is doing?
There is a new TMASHA in times of india nowadays. They are going to made new leaders of india. It is a very unfortunate that a renowned is paper is doing a foolish thing like TV soaps.
Nowdays instant success is more important TOI will make a leader in a year or half, may be real leaders are made in 20-30 years. It is another talent hunt like Laughter Challenge/Indian Idol/VOI etc. There is pure business invole in it.
There is a DEAF's(Diplomatic Elite And Forward) media lobby who are not comfortble with new leaders from depressed society. It is an indirect reaction of new changes in indian politics. But it is very sad for me writing not good about TOI. In recent past it's reporing is highly biased and it is loosing it's reputation as genuine source of news. TOI is busy in yellow generalism. So avoid gimmick of TOI.

On this ocassion I want to remember the things which are important for future of our country.

* A good economic growth-
But there is problem because there is not enough growth in employment
* IIT and IIM are doing Well-
But what about unused human resources from underprevileged and depressed society.

*Cricket is doing somehow good-
But what about are sports, and one main this there is not any sport culture in india, even today play is not accepted in middle class as a good habit.

*Womens are doing Well-
But empowerment of women far away to achieve in real, they are still interested in beauty contest(MNC made false empowerment of high class lady, actually they are interested in saling there product).
*Good infrastructure growth-
But basic amenities are not available for all people. Water, electricity, medical facility, road, safe and human rail travel and above all justice are not available.
*Indian talent are tested good among world-
But we are still using our talent for corruption. We are not interested in working hard. We are still interested in serving MNC, basically we are service people, we know how to serve, we needs leader from somewhere. We are good critics but not heroes.

It is very sad to see another dummy person is reached one of the highest post of the country. On the same day Kiran Bedi was denied her reward for honest work. All parties have there agenda but no one is intrested in country agenda.
Once again believe in democracy is faded. Hope in future it will not happen.
